eCROSS KIDS INDIA

The ECross Kids method promotes the proper growth of young people On this page it is my intention to explain to all trainers what ECross Kids is from a technical point of view and what features make it truly unique.

To answer this question clearly and completely, ECross Kids must be analyzed from four points of view:

  • Coordination aspects
  • Metabolic aspects
  • Physical/muscular aspects
  • Teaching techniques

An important part of the technical programme concerns the development of coordination skills, in particular, we propose exercises for eight different skills. Before explaining each skill in a simple way, I would like to focus on a keyword that I consider fundamental, namely ‘development’.

Too many times we think we are practicing exercises that are useful for improving a certain skill, but in reality, they only serve to recall that particular skill/ability. Our slogan is ‘the difference between moving and training’, in fact, ours is an ongoing quest to make the exercises effective and useful for increasing the performance of each different skill!
